Doula Care

Birth is not only something to be remembered. It is something to be held through.
A doula provides steady, continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor and the early moments after birth. My role is to create a calm and reassuring presence in your space, helping you feel safe, informed, and deeply supported as you move through your birth experience.
Through prenatal visits, we will gently prepare for your birth, talk through your hopes and preferences, and create space for any wonderings. I believe in empowering you with knowledge and confidence so you can approach your birth feeling grounded, capable, and supported in your choices.
During labor, I remain by your side, offering emotional support, physical comfort measures, and quiet encouragement. I am there to advocate with you, helping protect the environment you desire and ensuring your voice is heard, while honoring the natural rhythm of your body and birth.
Every birth is different, and every mother deserves to feel seen, respected, and cared for. My approach is never forceful or directive, but grounded in presence, trust, and attentiveness to your needs.
This service includes two prenatal visits, continuous support during labor and birth, and one postpartum visit to help you settle into the first days with your baby.
